Description
An uncommon combination of Irish whisky brewed in Cork using all three types of distillations: single pot still, single malt and grain. It wasn’t until 1913 that the product, which had been manufactured since 1779, was renamed Paddy in honour of the renowned salesman Paddy Flaherty. “Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whisky” was its previous, quite catchy name. That one just flows naturally.
