Critics adore Green Spot, an amazing whisky made with a single pot still. This Irish whisky still has a strong taste character, but it has come a long way since it was limited to Mitchell’s Grocery in the centre of Dublin. Both sherry and first- and second-fill bourbon barrels have been used to age the whisky.
