As a fan of Four Roses, you should know that the OBSV, OESV, OBSK, OESK, OBSF, and OESF recipes are the ones to look for. In case you’re not very familiar with Four Roses and you’re observing all those letters with a puzzled look on your face, be aware that they have meaning. This one was made by Four Roses utilising a blend of yeast strains and two of its mash bills. This 52% ABV rendition highlights the fruit-forward aspect of Four Roses bourbon while retaining its trademark vanilla richness and woodsy aromas.
