Hibiki Harmony

Description

Harmony is a fitting term to characterise this harmonious Japanese blended whisky from the Hibiki line. Grain whisky from the Chita distillery and malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries combine to create Hibiki Japanese Harmony. Five distinct kinds of barrels are used to produce the whiskies, including American white oak, Sherry, and Mizunara oak casks. A sophisticated expression including notes of honey, orange, light oak, and a hint of herbaceousness.
