You can always trust That Boutique-y Whisky Company to bottle up some fantastic whisky the indie bottler has been at it for almost a decade, releasing some absolutely superb single barrels, small batches, limited editions. With the exception of the ‘limited edition’ portion, this Canadian corn whisky is just like the rest, coming in 70cl bottles and belonging to the core Boutique-y Whisky collection! It has been aged for eight years, completely within oloroso barrels, and is filled with layers of popcorn, toasted almonds, toffee ice cream, and sherried fruit.
